What will I get out of this program?
By joining, you’ll connect with a supportive group of peers on a similar journey. You'll also be introduced to psychoeducation and evidence-based tools and strategies to help manage surgery, rehabilitation, motivation, stress, and the fear of returning to sport and re-injury.
What does "sliding scale payment" mean?
Sliding scale payment means the cost of a service is adjusted based on a person's financial situation. The goal is to make services more accessible by allowing those with lower incomes to pay a reduced fee, while those who can afford more pay the standard or full rate.
